- Location:
- Tract 1 (1721± acres) is 8 miles south of Jesup and has access off of Manningtown Rd. on Sweat Dr. and off of Browntown Rd.
- Tract 2 (676± acres) is 14 miles southeast of Jesup with access off of Hwy 341 S (Golden Isles Pkwy)
- The tracts are approximately 15 minutes apart and convenient to Interstate 95, where you can get to Brunswick in 30 minutes or Savannah in 1.5 hours.
