It is one of the most serene farms I have had the pleasure to spend time on. This 131 acre farm is situated in a fully fenced perimeter. There is 55 acres of gently rolling pastures, which offer excellent views, homesites and an array of other opportunity. When traversing the pastures, the thoughts of horseback riding, cattle grazing, hunting/recreational activities, or your next homesite all cross ones mind. 
  • The scenery on this farm is something only one can appreciate with their own eyes. It will almost take you back in time while wandering through the 100+ year old hardwood & pine forests here. There is no question it is some of the prettiest natural wood you will see on a piece of land in Middle Georgia. There are 81 acres of pristine hardwood/pine mixed forests.   • The thought of Turkey hunting these bottoms & ridges will get you excited for springtime in Georgia. It is not uncommon to see a large group of wild Turkey any given spring day. In regards to whitetail deer, this is a diverse tract for the bow & gun hunter alike. On multiple different visits to the farm, I have yet to not see several deer wandering around the farm. The hardwood pine forests offer what I would imagine to be the most ideal situations for the avid bow hunter. Loaded with mast producing hardwoods, these bottoms and ridges will be heavily traveled during deer season. The open pastures offer excellent opportunities for the gun hunter. Long range views will allow many opportunities to harvest deer roaming the pastures. There are several sites that would be more than suitable for large food plots if one desired. This is the type of tract where one could take their young kid and see 20+ deer on any given sit. This tract is loaded with whitetail deer & turkey, and with one visit to the farm that will be more than evident. The hunting pressure on this farm has been minimal over the years, and the sheer game numbers on the property will show. There are separate food plots tucked into one of the blocks of hardwoods. They are some of those food plots you set up in, and never want to leave. 

    

  • IMPROVEMENTS:
